Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. Last updated: Aug 13, 2026.
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sevenseasboatdetailing.com and any boat detailing or related services provided by 7Seas Boat Detailing LLC ("7Seas," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our website, submitting a quote request, booking an appointment, accepting a quote, or authorizing us to perform services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business Information
7Seas Boat Detailing LLC
2242 Southwest Plymouth Street
Port St. Lucie, FL 34953
United States
Email: sevenseasdetailing7@gmail.com
Phone: +1 786-382-6005
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase our services.
By requesting or authorizing services for a boat or other vessel, you represent that you:
Own the vessel; or
Have permission and authority from the owner to authorize the requested work.
If the vessel is located at a marina, dock, storage facility, residence, or other third-party property, you are responsible for ensuring that 7Seas is permitted to access the property and perform the requested services.
3. Our Services
7Seas provides boat detailing and related vessel-care services.
The specific services included in a job will be based on the quote, estimate, booking confirmation, invoice, written communication, or other agreement between you and 7Seas.
Services may vary depending on the vessel's condition, size, location, materials, and the package or work requested.
4. Quote Requests
When requesting a quote, you may be asked to provide information including:
Your name
Phone number
Email address
Boat length
Boat location
Information about the condition of the vessel
Information about the services you are interested in
Photographs or videos, where applicable
You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and complete.
5. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided before we physically inspect the vessel are based on the information available to us at the time.
A quote may be based on factors such as:
Boat length
Boat type
Boat condition
Level of oxidation or staining
Requested services
Boat location
Accessibility
Photographs or videos provided to us
If the vessel's actual size, condition, location, accessibility, or required level of work materially differs from what was represented when the quote was prepared, the price may need to be adjusted.
If a material increase in price or scope is necessary, we will attempt to notify you and obtain your approval before performing additional chargeable work.
6. Service-Specific Agreements
A quote, work order, booking confirmation, invoice, text message, email, or other written agreement may contain details specific to a particular job, including:
Scope of work
Price
Appointment date
Service location
Products or treatments to be used
Special instructions
Payment arrangements
Warranty terms, if any
Those terms become part of the agreement for that particular service once accepted.
If a specifically agreed service term conflicts with these general Terms, the specifically agreed term will control with respect to that particular job.
7. Scheduling
Appointment dates and times are scheduled in good faith but may occasionally need to change.
Boat detailing is dependent on weather, vessel access, working conditions, and other circumstances.
We may delay, pause, reschedule, or discontinue work because of circumstances including:
Rain
Lightning
High winds
Hurricanes or tropical storms
Excessive heat
Unsafe weather
Unsafe dock or marina conditions
Lack of access to the vessel
Marina restrictions
Equipment problems
Emergencies
Illness or staffing issues
Other circumstances that make completing the work unsafe, impractical, or likely to produce poor results
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if an appointment needs to be changed.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
7Seas does not currently charge a standard cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fee.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access to the vessel may result in us declining future bookings.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the vessel at the scheduled time.
This includes, where applicable:
Ensuring we are permitted to enter the marina or property
Obtaining any necessary marina or property-owner permission
Providing gate codes or other access information
Ensuring dock access is available
Providing any keys reasonably required for the authorized work
Informing us of marina or property rules
Providing accurate boat location information
You must also inform us of any known condition that could affect the safety or performance of the detailing work, including damaged, fragile, recently repaired, repainted, or deteriorated surfaces.
10. Personal Property
Customers should remove or securely store money, jewelry, electronics, important documents, firearms, valuables, and other personal property before detailing begins.
You should also secure loose belongings that could interfere with the work.
7Seas is not responsible for loss of personal property that was left unsecured, concealed, or not reasonably identifiable, except to the extent that the loss was directly caused by our negligence or wrongful conduct.
11. Pre-Existing Damage and Vessel Condition
Boats are regularly exposed to sunlight, saltwater, freshwater, chemicals, weather, age, previous detailing work, repairs, and normal wear.
A vessel may therefore have pre-existing damage or deterioration that is not immediately apparent before detailing begins.
Examples include:
Scratches
Cracks
Chips
Oxidation
Fading
Gelcoat deterioration
Paint or clear-coat failure
Corrosion
Rust
Water spots
Mold
Mildew
Staining
Discoloration
Delamination
Loose or damaged trim
Damaged decals
Brittle plastics
Deteriorated seals
Worn fabric
Damaged upholstery
Previously repaired surfaces
Previously painted surfaces
Cleaning, polishing, compounding, pressure washing, stain treatment, or other detailing processes may reveal existing damage or make pre-existing deterioration more noticeable.
7Seas is not responsible for damage that existed before our work began or deterioration resulting from materials or surfaces that were already damaged, defective, weakened, improperly repaired, or beyond their normal useful condition.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for damage directly caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.
12. Detailing Results
We aim to provide professional and high-quality detailing services.
However, detailing improves and maintains existing surfaces; it does not replace damaged materials or constitute painting, body repair, gelcoat repair, upholstery repair, fiberglass repair, mechanical repair, or manufacturing.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including:
Age of the vessel
Vessel condition
Previous maintenance
Material type
Level of oxidation
Depth of scratches
Severity and age of staining
Sun exposure
Saltwater exposure
Prior chemical treatments
Previous repairs
Previous detailing work
Storage conditions
We do not guarantee that every scratch, stain, water spot, oxidation mark, discoloration, odor, defect, or other imperfection can be completely removed.
Some conditions may be permanent or may require repair or replacement beyond the scope of detailing.
13. Oxidation, Polishing, and Compounding
Oxidized or heavily weathered surfaces can vary substantially in how they respond to polishing or compounding.
Although these processes may significantly improve the appearance of a vessel, complete restoration is not always possible.
Previously damaged, excessively thin, deteriorated, repaired, or repainted surfaces may respond differently from original surfaces.
We may stop or modify a polishing or compounding process if continuing could reasonably risk damaging the surface.
14. Waxes, Sealants, Protectants, and Coatings
The durability and performance of waxes, sealants, protectants, coatings, and similar products depend on numerous factors, including:
Vessel use
Sun exposure
Saltwater exposure
Storage conditions
Washing methods
Maintenance
Environmental conditions
Surface condition
Unless we expressly provide a specific written warranty for a particular service or product, we do not guarantee that a wax, sealant, coating, or protectant will remain effective for a particular period of time.
Any applicable manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
15. Changes to the Scope of Work
During a job, you may request services that were not included in the original quote.
Additional work may result in additional charges.
We may also discover conditions during the detailing process that require additional work to achieve the requested result.
We will seek your approval before performing material additional work that would increase the agreed price.
16. Pricing and Payment
You agree to pay the agreed price for services you authorize.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise before the service begins, payment is due when the agreed detailing work is completed.
7Seas does not currently require a standard upfront deposit for ordinary detailing services.
For unusual, custom, unusually large, or high-value jobs, different payment arrangements may be agreed upon in advance. Any such arrangement will be communicated before the applicable work begins.
Applicable taxes and any other agreed charges may be added where required.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We will not charge an undisclosed cancellation fee, deposit, late fee, or additional service charge.
17. Completion of Service
A service is considered completed when the work included in the agreed scope of service has been substantially performed.
Cosmetic differences caused by permanent damage, deep scratches, severe oxidation, staining, material deterioration, or other conditions that detailing cannot reasonably correct do not mean that the agreed service was not completed.
18. Service Concerns and Damage Claims
We want the opportunity to address legitimate concerns.
If you believe there is a problem with our work or that damage occurred as a result of our services, please contact us as soon as reasonably practical after discovering the issue.
You can contact us at:
Email: sevenseasdetailing7@gmail.com
Phone: +1 786-382-6005
Please provide reasonable details about the issue and photographs or videos where appropriate.
Where reasonable, we may ask for an opportunity to inspect the vessel before corrective work or repairs are performed by another company.
Nothing in these Terms shortens any statutory limitation period or eliminates any right that cannot legally be waived.
19. Corrective Work and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue.
Where we determine that there is a legitimate problem with work performed by 7Seas, an appropriate resolution may include:
Corrective detailing
Reperformance of a portion of the service
A partial refund
A full refund
Another mutually agreed resolution
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances.
A refund is not automatically owed because a permanent defect, deep scratch, oxidation, stain, discoloration, or other pre-existing condition could not be completely removed where the agreed detailing service was otherwise properly performed.
Nothing in these Terms limits a remedy required by applicable law.
20. Access to and Movement of the Vessel
Authorization to detail a vessel does not automatically authorize 7Seas to navigate, operate, or relocate the vessel.
If moving or operating a vessel is necessary to perform the requested service, appropriate permission must be provided.
We may decline to operate or move a vessel if we believe doing so creates an unreasonable safety or property risk.
21. Photographs and Documentation
We may take photographs or videos of the vessel before, during, and after service for legitimate internal business purposes, including:
Documenting pre-existing conditions
Recording the condition of the vessel
Documenting completed work
Quality control
Training
Resolving customer-service questions
Investigating a complaint or damage concern
We will not publicly use your name, contact information, or other directly identifying customer information for advertising without appropriate permission.
We may ask for your permission to use before-and-after photographs or videos of your vessel on our website, social media accounts, advertisements, portfolio, or other promotional materials.
Public promotional use will be permission-based.
22. Automated Text Messages and SMS
If you provide your mobile phone number and give the appropriate consent, 7Seas may communicate with you by text message.
Messages may include:
Responses to quote requests
Lead follow-up
Questions regarding your vessel or requested service
Scheduling messages
Appointment reminders
Service updates
Follow-up communications
Promotional or marketing messages
Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
Where required by law, we obtain the appropriate consent before sending automated promotional or marketing text messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services from 7Seas.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP where available or contact us at:
Email: sevenseasdetailing7@gmail.com
Phone: +1 786-382-6005
We will honor valid requests to revoke consent in accordance with applicable law.
Acceptance of these Terms by itself does not constitute consent to receive automated marketing text messages where separate consent is required.
23. Phone and Email Communications
When you request a quote or service, you authorize us to contact you regarding that request using the contact information you provide.
These communications may concern:
Your quote
Questions about your boat
Scheduling
Appointment changes
Service updates
Payment
Customer support
Other matters relating to the services you requested
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

28. Customer Reviews
Customers are free to provide honest reviews, ratings, opinions, photographs, and other lawful feedback about their experience with 7Seas.

29. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or communications may contain links to, integrations with, or services provided by third parties.
These may include payment providers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, advertising services, map services, or other technology providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any express written warranty we specifically provide, services are provided subject to the conditions and limitations described in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided by us, including implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7Seas Boat Detailing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular detailing service will not exceed the amount paid to 7Seas for the service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited and are not intended to exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be limited.
32. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
7Seas will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
Hurricanes
Tropical storms
Severe weather
Flooding
Lightning
Natural disasters
Marina closures
Government restrictions
Utility outages
Supply shortages
Emergencies
Other similar events outside our reasonable control
If such circumstances prevent a scheduled service from being completed, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service or otherwise address the affected booking.
33. Right to Refuse or Stop Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or stop work where reasonably necessary, including where:
Working conditions are unsafe
The vessel presents an unexpected safety risk
Access to the vessel is not authorized
The requested work could reasonably cause damage
A customer requests unlawful activity
A customer or another person engages in threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct
Continuing the work would materially differ from the scope that was agreed
Circumstances outside our control prevent us from safely completing the service
If work has already begun, the customer remains responsible for services properly performed up to the point the work is stopped, where applicable.

Where permitted by law, agreements and records relating to our services may be created, accepted, and maintained electronically.
Electronic acceptance may include:
Checking an acceptance box
Electronically signing a document
Accepting a digital quote

Using another electronic method that reasonably demonstrates agreement
35. Governing Law
These Terms and services provided by 7Seas are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where another applicable law must control.
36. Venue
To the extent permitted by law, any legal proceeding arising directly from these Terms or our services may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in or serving St. Lucie County, Florida.
Nothing in this section prevents a party from bringing a claim in another location where applicable law provides a non-waivable right to do so.
37. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
38. No Waiver
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion, that does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable accepted quote, work order, booking confirmation, invoice, or other specifically agreed written terms, constitute the agreement between you and 7Seas relating to the applicable services.
40. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, website, or applicable requirements.
